All items listed are IN STOCK and should ship immediately, unless noted with "pre-order".

We ship USPS to the United States. After the orders leave our warehouse, orders usually take between 3 to 10 working days to reach their destination, but may take up to 14 days.

Packages usually process and ship within 5 days out of our warehouse. We do email you a tracking number via the USPS delivery confirmation system.

An email notification is automatically sent when your order has been completed/shipped.

All WebWizToys.com Webkinz® merchandise is purchased from Ganz. Webkinz® merchandise by Ganz is brand new with new unused codes. Everything ships from our Real Life Toy Store!

Due to Ganz policy and the non-transferable special secret code on each item, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All Webkinz sales are final.

A 20 percent processing fee is charged on all unopened refused and confirmed returned shipments.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.





Pre-Order Items Policy:

We do occasionally sell Pre-Order items which means we are selling items that are not instock yet. Pre-Order items are noted like this "(Pre-Order ships late ...)" usually noting the expected ship time. You may order these items just as you would any item on our website, when the item is instock and ready to ship out we will process the order immediately. Pre-Orders are shipped on a first come first serve basis so the earlier you get in your order the faster we can ship it out.

Ordering Pre-Order items is just like any other order. Once you place the order your credit card is authorized and charged for the purchase. If you order a Pre-Order item with instock items your order will be held until ready to ship all together.

If you would like items that are on Pre-Order as well as items that are instock you are encouraged to place two separate orders.





Backorder Policy:

At times there will be items that will be temporarily out of stock. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are received into inventory.

If you place an order for one or more products and it contains an item on backorder, the order may be shipped when all items are in stock.





Damaged Product Policy:

A damaged product must be reported within 5 days of receipt or no product replacement will be issued.

Conditions:

The item must have been purchased from WebWizToys.com. The customer is required to provide a copy of the receipt. The item must be returned in its new or original condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Careful packing of returned items is greatly appreciated. A damage return authorization number is required.

When checking out make sure that the billing address you enter is the same billing address as the credit card you are using for your purchase. For your protection, we also require the 3 digit CVV code found on the back of your credit card.
